  • Custom Products Processing Time: Due to the personalized nature of custom nail designs, production takes approximately 10-15 business days.
  • Holidays or Special Events: Processing times may be slightly extended during promotions or public holidays. We will notify you in such cases.

4. Tracking Information

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
  • Please allow 12 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.

  • For lost custom products, additional time may be required to reproduce and reship your order.

8. Incorrect Address Policy

  • Please ensure the shipping address is correct when placing your order. If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address:
    • Customers are responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
    • If the order is delivered to the wrong address, Le Romey cannot offer refunds or free replacements but will assist in locating the package.
