Applicable Scope
- Non-Customized Products: Products must be in their original packaging, unused, and free from damage, odors, stains, or other defects. Customers can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customized Products: Due to the personalized nature of customized items, they are non-refundable unless there is a quality issue (e.g., significant defects, damage). Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item if there is a quality problem.
Return Process
- Contact us by sending an email to support@leromey.com. Please include the following information in your email:
- Order number or order confirmation email.
- A description of the issue and clear photos (if applicable).
- We will respond within 1-2 business days and provide you with the return address and further instructions.
- Send the item(s) back to the provided address and include the tracking number. Without a tracking number, we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days after we receive the returned item(s).
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- The following fees are non-refundable:
- Original shipping fees.
- Return shipping fees (if not due to quality issues).
- Import duties and customs fees (if applicable).
Important Notes
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, customized products are only eligible for returns or exchanges if there is a quality issue.
