- 3 Months Warranty
If the product has any quality issues within three months of purchase and has not been used for repairs, the seller will bear the return shipping and repair costs for non-human-caused quality issues. For damages or breakage caused by improper use, we offer appropriate maintenance services (repair costs may apply depending on the circumstances). Both parties are responsible for return shipping costs.
- 1 Year Maintenance
Le Romey offers lifetime maintenance services for issues caused by human or environmental factors. The buyer is responsible for repair costs, packaging fees, and return shipping costs.
Please note: Softening of the handbag's shape due to regular use is considered normal wear and tear and is not regarded as a defect. As such, we cannot offer repairs for this issue. Repair costs will vary depending on the extent of the damage.
